About

For 13 years I worked with clients in real estate in Lima. I was a top seller at RE/MAX Peru three years in a row, then Head of Operations, coaching a team of up to 40 agents.

In Canada I studied Computing Studies and Information Systems at Douglas College. At my last job I built the CRM my team uses every day: I listened to what my coworkers needed, rolled it out, trained everyone and wrote the manual.

That's the work I enjoy most: making sure people actually use the tools they get. I'm looking for a team where I can do it full time, in English or Spanish.

What I bring

  • I learn a tool fast, then teach it

I get people comfortable with new software and write the guides they come back to.

At CM&A I trained the whole team on our CRM and wrote its user manual.

  • I talk with people in English and Spanish

Clear in writing, and used to walking clients through big decisions.

13 years with real estate clients in Lima, mostly through referrals.

  • I turn a messy problem into a clear request

I listen, write down what is really going on and pass it on so it can be fixed.

At Below Zero I turned the owner's day-to-day problems into requirements.

Experience

  1. 2025 — 2026

Web Developer · CM&A Bookkeeping and Tax

    Problem
My team needed one place to track every client, task and deadline.
    What I did
Gathered requirements from my coworkers, built the CRM, tested and deployed it.
    Today
The whole team uses it every day. I trained everyone and wrote the manual.
Sign-in screen of the CM&A Workspace, the CRM I built for my team.
The sign-in screen. Inside is client data, so the rest stays private.
    • In use daily
    • Training
    • User manual
  2. 2025 — 2026

Freelance Software Developer · Below Zero Refrigeration

    Problem
Working there as a helper, I saw there was no client database and no service history for the units.
    What I did
Built a client database where every service call is logged as a ticket, and put a QR code on the equipment so technicians scan it and record what they did.
    Today
Each unit's service history is one scan away. I tested every release with the technicians.
Sign-in screen of the Below Zero app, the client and service database I built.
The sign-in screen. Inside are client records, so the rest stays private.
    • Ticket log
    • QR on every unit
    • Delivered
  3. 2013 — 2021

Head of Operations, Real Estate Advisor · RE/MAX Elite, Lima

    • Team of 40

Side project

One template, three trades

On my own time I built a website template for small trade businesses. One engine handles the content, two languages, SEO and the WhatsApp button, and each trade gets its own design.

Each demo uses a made-up business.
